Introduction to product: it one new type excellent geotechnical base material formed after special coating treatment process by taking fiberglass and alkali-free rovings as its principal raw material and adopting material with reticulate structure made by certain weaving process to protect fiberglass and improve overall performance.
Characteristics of product: the product has features like high strength, low elongation, thermostability, high modulus, light weight, good toughness, corrosion resistance, long service life, etc. It can be widely used in the maintenance of old concrete pavement and airport runway and engineering like protection of dam, river bank and side slope and reinforcement of pavement of road and bridge. It can strengthen and reinforce pavement to prevent fatigue crack on pavement, hot and cold expansion crack and following reflection crack and disperse bearing stress on pavement to prolong its service life. It has high tensile strength and low ductility, so long-term creep is unnecessary. It also has good physical and chemical stability and heat stability. Moreover, it can prevent fatigue cracking, shrinkage crack in low temperature and it has high temperature resistance and can delay and reduce reflection crack.
Range of application:
Old asphalt concrete pavement, reinforcement asphalt surface course, control surface subsidence.
Reconstruct cement concrete pavement into composite pavement and restrain causing reflection crack after shrinkage of plate.
Road expansion and change engineering, repair the joint part between new road and old road and prevent the crack caused by differential settlement.
Soft soil foundation reinforcement processing is beneficial to soft soil drainage consolidation and can effectively restrain settlement to keep uniform stress distribution to enhance the strength of roadbed.
