Team building is an indispensable component of modern corporate management. It fosters communication among employees, strengthens team cohesion and collaboration, cultivates a positive and proactive mindset, and enhances both productivity and the company’s overall image.

For years, Haoyang Environment has placed great emphasis on team-building initiatives and fostering a strong sense of team cohesion. To enrich the spiritual and cultural lives of frontline employees, cultivate team spirit, enhance communication and collaboration among staff, and strengthen overall organizational unity, Haoyang Environment organized a themed team-building event titled “Unite Hearts and Pool Strength, Embark on a New Journey” on May 5, with participation from all company employees.

At the departure ceremony, Comrade Zhao Hengkai, Manager of the Corporate Management Department, offered safety recommendations and specific reminders. On the condition that all employees complete the scheduled activities and tour the scenic area, they should prioritize their personal safety and promptly report any issues to the Corporate Management Department.

Team-building activities

At 9:00 a.m., one hundred employees gathered at the Longmenshan activity venue. For this team-building event, the company engaged a professional team to carefully design a series of group games. Participants were divided into eight teams and, through team‑building exercises and collaborative efforts, completed four challenges: ultimate frisbee, fruit matching, retracing the Long March route, and balancing a ball on a drum while it was being beaten. The atmosphere at the venue was both lively and intense, with cheers and shouts echoing continuously. Amid the thrilling competitions, each team’s outstanding performance earned enthusiastic applause from the audience. Faces were lit up with confident, satisfied smiles as everyone gave their all to tackle every challenge, further demonstrating a vibrant, united, caring, and mutually supportive team spirit.

After the event concluded, everyone moved to the indoor cafeteria for the Chinese‑style meal. Employees gathered around round tables, savoring the unique charm of the spacious dining hall. In this convivial atmosphere, colleagues from all departments came together—“seated around the table, bonds deepened”—and, surrounded by nature, freely shared their thoughts and experiences, strengthening their relationships. As an array of dishes was brought to the table, everyone mingled, chopsticks and spoons passing back and forth. Each person fully savored the delightful flavors, basking in the warmth of our close‑knit family.

Visiting Jiumen Mountain

Along the way, colleagues sang loudly, chatted cheerfully, and encouraged one another, their youthful energy bursting forth in the breeze. Departing at 2:00 p.m. and returning at 4:30 p.m., they covered nearly five kilometers round-trip—uphill and downhill—with not a single person left behind. No one gave up easily; everyone demonstrated unwavering determination and perseverance.
