On the morning of August 12, Su Lanwu, Secretary of the Yucheng Municipal Party Committee, and Wang Cheng, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, paid a visit to HaoYang Environmental Co., Ltd. to conduct research and provide guidance. They gained an in-depth understanding of the company’s project progress, operational status, development needs, and future plans. Accompanying them were Gao Chao, Member of the Standing Committee of the Yucheng Municipal Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Government Party Group, and Vice Mayor; Qin Feilong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Yucheng Municipal Party Committee, Member of the Party Working Committee of the Dezhou High-tech Zone, and Deputy Director of its Management Committee; as well as principal officials from the Development and Reform Bureau, the Industry and Information Technology Bureau, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, and other relevant departments.

At the site of the new intelligent manufacturing project for geosynthetic materials, Zhao Kuili, Chairman of HaoYang Environmental Co.,Ltd., provided a detailed update on the project’s progress. He stated that since the project’s inception, HaoYang Environmental has consistently adhered to the principles of innovation, efficiency, and quality first, steadily advancing all aspects of the work. At present, more than half of the project’s infrastructure construction has been completed, and it is expected to be successfully finished within the scheduled timeframe. The smooth advancement of this project will not only open up new development opportunities for the company but also inject fresh vitality into the entire geosynthetic materials industry, driving the sector toward greater intelligence and higher-end sophistication. Looking ahead, the company will continue to increase its investment and support for the project, ensuring timely delivery and the early realization of its anticipated economic benefits and social contributions.

After hearing the briefing, Su Lanwu stated that it is essential to deeply understand the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, firmly uphold the principle that “projects are paramount,” and prioritize the scientific soundness and sustainability of projects to underpin high-quality development with high-caliber initiatives. He emphasized the need to proactively cultivate new drivers of productivity, increase investment in technological upgrading and R&D, enhance product value-added and market competitiveness, and achieve synchronized growth in production capacity and economic returns. Furthermore, he called for meticulous construction management, adopting a reverse‑schedule approach and visualizing progress on project timelines to ensure smooth advancement according to planned milestones. He also stressed the importance of a problem‑oriented mindset, reinforcing accountability, strengthening overall coordination and dispatching, pooling resources from all stakeholders, and forging collaborative efforts to promptly address bottlenecks and challenges encountered during project implementation, thereby guaranteeing timely completion and successful commissioning.
