On the morning of April 25, the Lu Xing Cup (Dezhou Division) and the Dezhou City Labor and Skills Competition Launch Ceremony was held at YuCheng City’s HaoYang Environmental Co., Ltd. Zhang Maobin, head of the Shandong Provincial Petroleum and Chemical Trade Union, Cai Yupu, Vice Chairman of the Dezhou Municipal CPPCC, Deputy Secretary of its Party Leadership Group, and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and Zhao Kuili, Chairman of HaoYang Environmental Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony.

Approximately 150 participants, including the executive chairpersons and production directors of the trade unions (federations) of all counties, county-level cities, and urban districts; heads of relevant municipal industrial trade unions; as well as union chairpersons and employee representatives from selected participating units, attended the launch ceremony.

Cai Yupu emphasized that this labor competition is a series of mass‑participation activities centered on Dezhou City’s major strategies, key projects, and priority initiatives, with a particular focus on leading industries. He called on trade unions at all levels in Dezhou and the broader workforce to leverage this effective platform to establish venues for skill contests and innovative practice, to excel in their respective roles, drive innovation and deliver tangible results, and to strive tirelessly to advance Dezhou’s efforts to realize Chinese‑style modernization.

Through optimizing production processes, strengthening quality management, and enhancing service levels, the company will compete on performance and outcomes, aiming to become a leading force in driving the city’s economic development.

In At the workshop site of the new-type geosynthetic intelligent manufacturing project, Zhao Kuili highlighted the “polypropylene high-strength geotextile” production line. This production line is a major scientific and technological innovation project in Shandong Province, supported by the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and jointly developed by HaoYang Environmental Co.,Ltd. and Tianjin University of Technology. It aims to overcome the technical bottlenecks of traditional geotextiles in terms of mechanical performance, acid–alkali resistance, and freeze–thaw durability.

By innovating the production process, we have achieved the industrial-scale manufacturing of high-performance polypropylene geotextiles, with all performance indicators meeting the standards for polypropylene filament geotextiles. This breakthrough has ended the longstanding foreign monopoly on advanced polypropylene nonwoven geotextile production technologies in China, enabling the country’s geosynthetic materials to undergo a transformation and upgrade toward higher-end, more durable, safer, and environmentally friendly solutions. As a result, we are providing high‑quality, high‑standard products for China’s engineering projects and contributing to national infrastructure development.
