A special initiative themed “Standing Side by Side, Building a Brilliant Peak Season Together”—the Logistics Workshop’s Production Support Campaign.

Administrative and logistics staff have gone straight to the production front lines, paying tribute to those who strive with concrete actions and, with a spirit of collaboration, jointly charting the course for the peak season.

Honoring Those Who Stand Firm with Action: Making Care More Heartfelt

Stepping into the workshop, the roar of the machinery forms the most spirited symphony of peak season. To express gratitude for the hard work of frontline employees, company leaders and the administrative‑logistics team transformed themselves into a “Workshop Support Squad,” jointly cleaning and inspecting equipment to ensure its safety.

Safeguarding Production with Attention to Detail: Ensuring Greater Efficiency

✅ Equipment Maintenance Team — Collaborates with technicians to perform thorough maintenance on the production line, identify potential hazards, and ensure “zero equipment failures.”

✅ Environmental Cleaning Team — removes accumulated dust and organizes materials, giving the workshop a fresh new look, creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees, and ensuring smooth equipment operation.

Break Down Barriers Through Collaboration: Empowering Teams

“So this is how many steps are involved behind order fulfillment!” remarked an administrative colleague after taking part in workshop production. This cross-departmental “role‑swap” helped back‑office staff better appreciate the challenges faced on the shop floor, fostering mutual learning and shared success—and truly embodying the spirit of “when everyone pulls together, nothing is insurmountable.”

Sweat mingles with responsibility, and action conveys conviction. This maternity‑support initiative is more than just assistance—it is a vivid embodiment of our corporate culture: we are not merely colleagues, but comrades-in-arms; we strive not only for results, but also cherish the bonds of mutual achievement.

The clarion call for the peak-season sprint has resounded far and wide. Let us seize this opportunity to forge ahead together, uniting in solidarity and striving with determination to write a glorious new chapter for Haoyang Environment!
