In August 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the “Notice on the Announcement of the Third Batch of Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Innovative ‘Little Giant’ Enterprises” (MIIT Enterprise Letter [2021] No. 197), under which HaoYang Environmental Co.,Ltd., a director unit of the China Geosynthetics Engineering Association, was successfully selected.

HaoYang Environmental Co.,Ltd. was established in June 2008 and is located in the Dezhou (Yucheng) National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Shandong Province. The company is a comprehensive environmental technology service provider integrating R&D and manufacturing of geosynthetic materials, environmental engineering consulting, design, and construction, as well as soil remediation and ecological restoration.

The company operates 25 state-of-the-art production lines for environmentally friendly engineering materials, including China’s first blow‑molded geomembrane line with a width of 10 meters, the country’s first biaxial‑screw continuous filament geotextile line, a 6‑meter‑wide three‑dimensional composite drainage net line, as well as independently developed production lines for high‑strength reinforced geomembranes, high‑strength composite geotextiles, and extra‑wide woven geotextiles. Its product portfolio encompasses HDPE geomembranes, composite geomembranes, polyester spunbonded filament geotextiles, high‑strength woven geotextiles, needle‑punched geotextiles, three‑dimensional composite drainage nets, bentonite waterproof blankets, and uniaxial/biaxial geogrids—new‑generation eco‑friendly engineering materials that provide functions such as waterproofing, seepage control, reinforcement, isolation, and filtration. These products are widely employed in various environmental protection projects, including water conservancy, transportation, municipal solid waste management, industrial tailings storage facilities, and environmental pollution remediation.

Haoyang Environment has obtained national laboratory accreditation and has been recognized as a “Shandong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center” and a “New‑Type Environmental Protection Materials Engineering Laboratory.” The company holds numerous invention and utility‑model patents and has received provincial-level appraisals for scientific and technological achievements.
