On a sweltering summer day, cool relief and heartfelt care are delivered. On July 8, 2025, the Yucheng City Federation of Trade Unions visited HaoYang Environmental Co.,Ltd. to launch the themed activity “Trade Union Brings Coolness, Prevents Heatstroke and Ensures Health,” providing employees with heat‑relief supplies and warm concern, thereby building a practical “protective barrier” for safe production during the summer.

At the event site, the Yucheng City Federation of Trade Unions distributed practical summer‑relief items—such as bottled water, tea, towels, drinking cups, and floral water—to workers on the front lines enduring the sweltering heat, while reminding them to balance work with rest and take effective measures to prevent heatstroke and stay cool. These supplies not only help employees promptly replenish fluids and alleviate the heat in high-temperature conditions, but also convey the trade union’s respect for and care of workers.

Zhao Hengkai, Manager of the Corporate Management Department at Haoyang Environmental, stated, Summer heat poses a severe test for frontline production, and the trade union’s “Cooling‑Down” initiative has provided strong support for companies’ efforts to prevent heat‑related illnesses and maintain comfortable working conditions, further motivating employees to approach their work with renewed vigor.

He stated that the company has always prioritized employee health and workplace safety. Prioritizing employee well-being, the company is addressing the summer heat by distributing cooling supplies and medications and by improving working conditions. The city federation of trade unions’慰问 has further strengthened employees’ sense of belonging, and the enterprise will actively cooperate with the union’s requirements to implement a long-term mechanism for heat prevention and cooling, ensuring safe and orderly production.
