Gao Jianjun emphasized that ensuring workplace safety is of paramount importance. It is essential to firmly uphold the concept of safe development, give full play to the principal role of enterprises, and attach great importance to daily management and health monitoring. Strengthening safety education and training for employees will enhance their overall competence, while intensifying the identification and elimination of risks and hidden dangers and implementing all necessary protective measures will further standardize operating procedures and resolutely prevent all types of workplace safety incidents. Moreover, it is crucial to conduct thorough inspections and rectifications of major hazards, taking the comprehensive workplace safety inspection as an opportunity to institutionalize risk management, continuously improve the efficiency of hazard identification and early‑warning capabilities, and ensure that no issue is overlooked until it is fully investigated, no corrective action is deemed adequate, and no responsibility is properly assigned. Only in this way can we effectively consolidate the results of targeted remediation efforts and resolutely curb the occurrence of serious and extremely serious accidents.

Safety work is both a challenge and profoundly meaningful. Moving forward, Haoyang Environment will continue to earnestly implement the Scientific Outlook on Development, striving to transition from governance by individuals to governance based on law; to shift from ad hoc, large‑scale special campaigns for workplace safety to standardized, institutionalized, and routine management; to move from post‑incident investigations to strengthening foundational measures; to evolve from passive prevention to controlling risks at their source; and to transform from an approach primarily focused on accident control to one that comprehensively ensures occupational safety and health. By achieving full coverage and sustained, long‑term compliance with safety standards, we will lay a solid foundation for the successful completion of our company’s production and business objectives.
