On the morning of June 4, a signing ceremony was held between Shanghai Transportation Construction General Contracting Co., Ltd. and HaoYang Environmental Co., Ltd. Xie Yangjun, Director of the Silk Road International Capacity Cooperation Promotion Center, Su Lanwu, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of our city, Qin Feilong, Member of the Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Dezhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee, and Zhao Kuili, Chairman of HaoYang Environmental Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony.

Prior to the signing ceremony, Su Lanwu met with a delegation from Shanghai Jiaojian. As a result, Yucheng has established strong brand identities such as “China’s Functional Sugar Capital” and “Northern Dairy Industry Base.” He expressed hope that Shanghai Jiaojian would take root in Yucheng, seize the opportune moment, and ensure the timely realization of project benefits. Yucheng pledged to provide the utmost sincerity, concrete measures, and an optimal business environment to foster robust and sustained cooperation between the two sides.

Xie Yangjun stated that the Capacity Cooperation Promotion Center has consistently worked to foster collaboration between central and state-owned enterprises and leading private firms, while also serving as a bridge for local governments to attract investment and expand overseas.
