In March 2026, the Dezhou Customs and the Dezhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce successively visited… HaoYang Environmental Co.,Ltd. Specialized research studies were conducted on topics such as enhancing the quality and efficiency of foreign trade and driving industrial innovation and upgrading. These two initiatives focused on distinct sectors, precisely aligned with specific needs, injecting strong momentum into enterprises as they kick off the new year, while also offering fresh perspectives for the high-quality development of Yucheng City’s environmental protection industry.
On the morning of March 4, Yan Huanong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Commissioner of Dezhou Customs, led a delegation to Haoyang Environment for a fact-finding visit, accompanied by Bai Xirui, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Dezhou High-tech Zone, as well as Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Yucheng Municipal Government. The visit focused on issues such as stabilizing the scale and optimizing the structure of foreign trade, and advancing the internationalization of green industries. Through on-site inspections and roundtable discussions, the team provided targeted support to help the company overcome challenges and expand its market reach, thereby contributing to the high-quality “going global” of Yucheng’s environmental protection industry.
Yan Hua, the head of the Customs Administration, and his delegation first visited Haoyang Environmental’s Digital Smart Exhibition Hall. Through technologies such as holographic projections and interactive sand tables, they gained an immersive understanding of the company’s development journey, the strengths of its core products, and its export‑trade achievements. As a leading enterprise in China’s geosynthetic materials sector, Haoyang Environmental’s products are exported to more than 70 countries and regions, including Africa and Southeast Asia, with annual export volumes steadily increasing. This inspection mission proved to be a timely boost for the company; in particular, the Customs’ targeted support—especially in enhancing clearance efficiency—has given the firm greater confidence to meet the challenges of the international market. Looking ahead, the company plans to accelerate its overseas market expansion and strive to build an internationally recognized brand.
On March 5, Li Hua, Deputy Director of the Dezhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and his delegation conducted a fact-finding visit to Haoyang Environment. Going deep into the production frontline, the team focused on enterprises’ overseas trade and product-related matters, providing precise assessments and strategic advice to support their development. Li Chengqiang, Director of the Yucheng Municipal Bureau of Commerce, accompanied the inspection.
During the field research, Li Hua pointed out that, In the current complex and volatile international environment, enterprises must proactively address challenges, seize opportunities, and continuously expand the scope of their foreign trade. On the one hand, it is essential to strengthen market research, gain a deep understanding of international market demand and competitive dynamics, and promptly adjust product portfolios and marketing strategies to develop offerings tailored to the needs of different countries and regions. On the other hand, companies should proactively diversify their markets, reduce reliance on any single market, and thereby mitigate trade risks. At the same time, they should make full use of national and local policies supporting foreign trade, actively seek policy assistance, and lower operational costs. Furthermore, fostering brand awareness and intensifying brand‑building and promotional efforts will enhance brand visibility and reputation, enabling firms to capture greater shares of the international market through their brand strengths.
