1. Geomembrane production line

The blow‑molding geomembrane production line employs internationally advanced five‑layer co‑extrusion technology, with fully automated process control and equipped with online thickness and leak‑detection systems that upload measurement data in real time. The manufacturing process is state‑of‑the‑art; its one‑step, in‑line double‑sided texturing technique is a world first and has been granted a national invention patent, delivering superior particle adhesion and uniquely advantageous interfacial friction performance.

Polypropylene high-strength geotextile production line

Polypropylene high-strength geotextile, jointly developed by Haoyang Environment and Tianjin University of Technology, is a major science and technology project in Shandong Province. Its mechanical performance exceeds national standards, and it exhibits excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, outstanding erosion resistance, and superior hydrolytic stability.

2. Polypropylene high-strength geotextile production line

Polypropylene high-strength geotextile, jointly developed by Haoyang Environment and Tianjin University of Technology, is a major science and technology project in Shandong Province. Its mechanical performance exceeds national standards, and it exhibits excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, outstanding erosion resistance, and superior hydrolytic stability.

 

3. Drainage mesh production line

We operate five drainage‑net production lines with widths of 6 meters and 3 meters. Our high‑compressive‑strength, highly conductive, anti‑clogging three‑dimensional composite drainage nets exhibit excellent acid–alkali resistance. Under heavy‑load conditions such as the storage of hazardous solid waste and high‑head pumped‑storage applications, these products maintain a void‑retention rate of ≥90% and deliver outstanding drainage performance.

4. Waterproof Membrane Production Line

We operate two production lines for bentonite waterproofing blankets, employing needle-punch and laminated manufacturing processes, which broaden their range of applications. Our products, made with powdered sodium‑based bentonite and advanced proprietary techniques, meet European and American standards for both permeability coefficient and peel strength.

5. Polyester filament geotextile production line

It incorporates eighteen patented technologies, including internationally advanced twin-screw extrusion, a dual‑row spinning system, pipeline air‑flow drawing, an intelligent yarn‑swinging system, and a high‑speed needle‑punching fabric‑production process. The resulting material boasts high strength, excellent aging resistance, superior abrasion resistance, and outstanding flexibility, making it widely applicable across diverse engineering sectors such as environmental protection, transportation, water conservancy, and aquaculture.

6. Laminating Production Line

We can manufacture geomembranes of various specifications, including smooth-surfaced, column‑dot textured, composite, reinforced, and reinforced composite types.

7. Composite Geomembrane Production Line

This production line employs a thermal lamination process to manufacture composite geomembranes of various specifications. With a mature manufacturing process and consistently stable product quality, it enables precise control over the peel strength of the composite geomembrane and delivers superior performance across all key parameters.
