Cultivating core competencies and building strength to forge top talent: The first round of intensive internal training for the Haoyang Marketing Talent Development Program has successfully kicked off.

Release date:

2026-07-11

Following the successful conclusion of the launch conference for the Specialized Training Program for Marketing Powerhouses, On July 8, the first intensive session of the Marketing Branch of Haoyang Environmental Talent University was held as scheduled. Multiple internal trainers took to the stage in turn, providing comprehensive empowerment to the participating marketing leaders—covering strategic culture, compliance and risk management, product technology, and hands-on assessments—while systematic, specialized courses laid a solid foundation for their professional growth.

In the morning, the session focused on corporate-level strategic development and professional standards in marketing. It began with an in-depth analysis of the company’s overall growth strategy and talent-development plan, aligning participants with the organization’s objectives. This was followed by a systematic presentation of the company’s core culture, guiding attendees to integrate its values into frontline marketing activities. The program then zeroed in on compliance and risk-management best practices across the entire marketing process, identifying key risks in tendering, contract management, and business coordination, and outlining measures to mitigate them, thereby reinforcing the foundation of operational security. At the conclusion of the morning session, a collective debriefing and knowledge-sharing exercise was held to review the day’s key takeaways, address participants’ questions, and reinforce the material covered.

In the afternoon, the session focused on delivering instruction in product and engineering expertise. On one hand, it provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s innovative seepage‑control product line, breaking down product performance, distinctive advantages, and applicable use cases. On the other hand, addressing the wet‑metallurgy seepage‑control market, the training leveraged real‑world projects to explain how to select environmentally friendly geosynthetic materials and develop practical implementation plans, thereby strengthening the engineering knowledge of marketing personnel and enabling them to better meet the needs of large industrial and mining clients. Following a full day of theoretical instruction, an in‑class assessment was conducted to evaluate participants’ comprehension and retention. The session concluded with a summary of the day’s training, reaffirming the “training‑and‑practice integration, learning‑to‑apply” development philosophy and outlining the next phases, including mentorship programs and hands‑on market engagement.

The full-day program establishes a comprehensive knowledge framework encompassing “strategic culture, compliance and risk management, and product technology,” with content that is both concise and highly practical. Participants engaged earnestly throughout the course, proactively distilling key takeaways. This intensive training marks the first step in building the theoretical foundation for cultivating top-performing sales professionals. Moving forward, the branch will continue to implement mentor‑apprentice pairings, frontline实战 exercises, and case‑study extraction, helping learners translate classroom knowledge into real‑world capabilities for customer acquisition and deal closure. The goal is to systematically develop a cohort of expert sales leaders capable of tackling multi‑million‑dollar projects, thereby strengthening the company’s talent pool and supporting its long-term growth.

Latest Updates

Xiaodonggou Molybdenum Mine Tailings Pond Project of Chifeng Chuyuan Mining Co., Ltd.

It is a key environmental protection project in the mining sector of Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with a total investment of approximately RMB 350 million. Located in Songshan District, Chifeng City, the project is dedicated to the treatment of tailings generated during molybdenum ore beneficiation. By implementing high‑standard seepage control and intelligent management, it effectively prevents heavy‑metal contamination, safeguarding the water environment of the upper reaches of the Xiliao River and the surrounding ecological safety.

Chiyinman Phase II Tailings Pond Project

A “double-layer composite impermeable structure” is adopted: the primary impermeable layer consists of a 2.0 mm‑thick HDPE geomembrane (UV‑resistant and chemically corrosion‑resistant), while the secondary impermeable layer comprises a 1.5 mm‑thick HDPE geomembrane combined with a GCL bentonite liner, with a permeability coefficient ≤ 1 × 10⁻¹² cm/s.

Shandong Province Industrial Solid Waste (Hazardous Waste) Disposal Center Renovation and Expansion Project

The total investment amounts to approximately RMB 850 million. Leveraging the existing treatment center, the project will expand its capacity and upgrade its technology, with the aim of establishing a hazardous waste‑management hub that covers the entire value chain—from collection and storage to treatment and resource recovery—thereby addressing regional imbalances in hazardous waste‑treatment capacity across the province and safeguarding the ecological environment of the Yellow River Basin. Haoyang Environment supplied 92,000 m² of geomembrane, 105,937 m² of geotextile, 48,000 m² of composite drainage mats, and 800 m of biaxial plastic geogrids, under a contract worth RMB 3.5 million.

Supplementary Agreement to the Subcontract for the Impermeable Liner System of the General Solid Waste Landfill Project at Shanggan Mountain Forest Farm, Shanggao County

Under this agreement, an additional investment of RMB 28 million has been made on the basis of the original contract. In response to the forest farm’s ecologically sensitive characteristics, the seepage‑control standards have been upgraded, transforming the project into a demonstration facility for integrated environmental protection that combines “forestland” with “solid waste treatment” in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. Haoyang Environment supplied 32,000 m² of double‑textured geomembrane, 32,000 m² of composite drainage geonet, and 32,000 m² of filament‑woven geotextile, with a contract value of RMB 1.2704 million.

Construction of the Ecological Comprehensive Remediation and Restoration Project for the Tieshanzhang Abandoned Mine Area in Guangdong Province (Xingning Section) – Seepage Control Works

It is a key ecological restoration project in Meizhou City, Guangdong Province, implemented by the Xingning Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources. With a total investment of approximately RMB 180 million, the project focuses on addressing historical heavy-metal contamination and soil‑water loss in former mining areas. Located in the Tieshanzhang mining district of Huanghuai Town, Xingning City, the project covers an area of about 85 hectares and employs seepage‑control and barrier technologies to prevent the migration of pollutants, thereby restoring the local ecological environment.

Hazardous Waste Landfill of the Chenyu Environmental Protection Hazardous Waste Harmless Treatment Project in Zhongwei City

The total investment amounts to approximately RMB 350 million. Located in the Industrial Park of Zhongwei City, the project is dedicated to the safe landfill disposal of hazardous waste, with a designed annual treatment capacity of 50,000 tons and a service life of 20 years.
