To enhance employees’ operational skills and raise their awareness of safety and product quality at each workstation, HaoYang Environmental Co.,Ltd. recently organized a two-day targeted training session for workshop staff in the conference hall.
This training session comprehensively presented to participants the equipment configurations and general overview of each production line, the start-up and shutdown procedures, as well as the job responsibilities, operating instructions, production principles, process flows, and troubleshooting strategies for various positions. It also covered product appearance quality and internal performance indicators. During the training, on-the-job instruction was provided for key roles, supplemented by relevant video demonstrations, effectively stimulating participants’ enthusiasm and initiative.
Through this training, all workshop personnel have gained a clear understanding of the operating procedures for each production line, enhanced their awareness of product quality, and further improved their job-specific skills, thereby laying a solid foundation for the next phase of production.
