As Yucheng accelerates its integration into the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei coordinated development initiative, exchanges and cooperation between governments and enterprises in the region have become increasingly frequent. On August 5, a delegation of more than ten members, including Fu Yi, Director of the Tianjin Municipal People’s Government Office in Jinan, and Chen Bingkun, Director of the Beichen District Office for Cooperation and Exchange, paid a visit to Haoyang Company. Chairman Zhao Kuili and General Manager Du Xianjun accompanied the delegation on the tour. The two sides engaged in cordial discussions on economic cooperation in the environmental protection sector and reached a preliminary agreement on collaboration.

　　At 9:00 a.m., the delegation visited the filament‑spinning workshop and the new plant’s production base, where they listened to detailed presentations by expert guides on innovative, environmentally friendly engineering materials for waterproofing, seepage control, and structural reinforcement—such as HDPE geomembranes and polyester spunbonded filament geotextiles. Throughout the entire production process, from raw material procurement to production planning and management, operations adhere strictly to lean‑management procedures, ensuring scientific oversight and thereby guaranteeing product quality.
　　At the afternoon symposium, Chairman Zhao Kuili welcomed and thanked Director Fu and his delegation, and outlined Haoyang Company’s development journey, corporate culture, and strategic direction—focusing on the isolation and treatment of highly hazardous industrial solid waste, with the goal of becoming a leading domestic and internationally recognized one-stop comprehensive service provider in this field. General Manager Du Xianjun presented the company’s longstanding engineering achievements in environmental protection and shared its successful experiences. Director Fu expressed full recognition and high praise for the company’s accomplishments, stating that he would further strengthen inspections and research into our operations, engage in more communication and exchanges to deepen mutual understanding, explore avenues for cooperation in the environmental protection sector, and strive to reach a consensus on collaboration as soon as possible, thereby achieving shared development and mutually beneficial outcomes.
　　With the rapid economic development, industrial solid waste and medical waste in Tianjin have been increasing at a steep rate, posing a serious threat to public health and the sustainable growth of the economy. Director Fu has also extended an invitation to the company to conduct a fact-finding visit to Tianjin, with the aim of jointly addressing challenges related to industrial solid-waste management and medical-waste disposal, thereby facilitating the region’s successful economic transformation and upgrading.
