As the COVID‑19 pandemic has been brought under effective control, our company has enthusiastically responded to the national call to resume work and production. On the basis of rigorously implementing all epidemic prevention measures, we are gradually resuming manufacturing operations.

Since April, as the pandemic situation has improved, we have seen a surge in production orders. Order volumes have grown exponentially, and lead times for our most sought-after products have been extended to two months or more. Nevertheless, our sales team remains highly motivated, with new orders continuing to pour in. Faced with customers’ growing demand, meeting these extended lead times has become a significant challenge that we must overcome.

Customer trust, the construction sites’ eagerness for our products, the company’s reputation, and the sales team’s expectations—all these were laid before us, the production staff. At first, our employees didn’t understand: we were already operating at full capacity, with all equipment running at maximum load—what more could we possibly do? Yet when we looked back, the hopeful gaze of our sales colleagues, our sense of responsibility, and Haoyang’s mission kept urging us on. Was there truly no way forward? Had we really left no stone unturned? No—we hadn’t yet; there was still a way, and we could give even more. Together, we brainstormed solutions, with everyone from frontline workers to workshop managers actively offering ideas and taking decisive action. And so, we found a way. ! We’ve secured the time—and we’ve secured the space! We have lived up to our clients’ trust in the company and to the company’s expectations of us.

Everyone put the greater good before their own families. While forgoing their vacations, they voluntarily extended their working hours; production and management staff stepped up to frontline roles, and logistics personnel rushed to support manufacturing on the shop floor. Frontline workers, working at a pace equivalent to three people, led temporary hires in overtime to ensure and boost output. Along the way, there were moments of confusion, challenges, and grueling effort: with operators still unfamiliar with the processes, the lead operator patiently coached them step by step; ensuring product quality was non‑negotiable, so the assistant operators had to maintain constant vigilance; and every employee remained acutely aware of operational safety. The mental burden was heavy, and the psychological pressure immense. Yet no one dwelled on the difficulties or voiced complaints. From top to bottom, everyone united as one, tackling obstacles head‑on to keep production on track. We did not let down our customers’ trust or the company’s expectations. After two months of relentless effort, we successfully and admirably completed all assigned tasks.
