Our company (formerly Shandong HaoYang New Engineering Materials Co., Ltd.) hereby solemnly declares: Due to business development needs and with the approval of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, effective October 26, 2016, the company name has been officially changed from “Shandong HaoYang New Engineering Materials Co., Ltd.” to “HaoYang Environmental Co., Ltd.”
