Since July, when Haoyang Environment won the bid for the seepage-control works at the Linqing Reservoir on the Eastern Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, the project has advanced smoothly under the strong support and wise guidance of leaders at all levels of the project management team, guided by the spirit of “pressing ahead with vigor and working tirelessly for 100 days,” and is now nearing completion.

South-to-North Water Diversion

　　On December 12, a delegation of seven, including Du Xianjun, General Manager of Haoyang Environment, and Li Daojie, Director of Marketing, paid another visit to the Linqing Project Office of the Eastern Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. They held a cordial working meeting with leaders at all levels of the project office and outlined plans for the final stages of the project. During the meeting, the project’s leadership expressed full recognition and high praise for Haoyang Environment’s performance in material supply, product quality, and progress management.

　　Feng Liangyu, Project Commander of Beijing Jinhe Water Affairs Construction Group Co., Ltd., stated that since the project’s commencement, Haoyang Environment has provided substantial support and cooperation in areas such as construction schedule management, quality control, workplace safety, and process standardization. With a responsible approach, it has implemented rigorous management and ensured seamless coordination, delivering products of assured quality that have earned consistent recognition and praise from all supervisory authorities on site.

　　Duan Shuyi, a consultant with the Linqing City South-to-North Water Diversion Project Administration, also spoke highly of Haoyang Environment. He stated that he believes character is reflected in the quality of products, and that the supply of these products and the execution of related projects can further evolve into a “product‑driven testament to integrity.” Haoyang’s products are trustworthy, and the company is well‑resourced; he is willing to vouch for Haoyang’s offerings and promote their use throughout the province and across the nation.

　　Wang Lichang, Chief Supervisor at the Shandong Keyuan Engineering Construction Supervision Center, remarked that the commitments made by General Manager Du of Haoyang Environment—regarding quality, construction, and service—during the project’s initial assessment have been fully honored throughout the construction process. 　　In his subsequent remarks, Shi Mingwen, General Manager of Linqing Beijing Enterprises Water Services, noted that, as a supporting project for the Eastern Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, the Linqing Reservoir is the largest in terms of both storage capacity and earthwork excavation volume. Located at the heart of the North China groundwater funnel, its seepage-control works represent the linchpin of the entire project—of paramount importance. 　　Subsequently, leaders at all levels of the project department, together with Mr. Du and Mr. Li from Haoyang Environment, visited the construction site to inspect and provide guidance on the project’s progress.
