Special Report: Haoyang Environment’s First-Quarter 2017 Summary and Awards Ceremony

At 4:00 p.m. on April 5, the first-quarter summary and awards ceremony for Haoyang Environmental was solemnly held in the second-floor conference room of the company’s old plant. During the meeting, the achievements of the first quarter of 2017 were carefully reviewed, and specific plans for the next quarter were outlined. In addition, “Outstanding Employees” and “Outstanding Management Teams” who made exceptional contributions to the company’s performance targets in the first quarter were recognized. The venue was filled with a festive atmosphere, brimming with the passionate spirit of the Haoyang team.

The conference commenced to warm applause from General Manager Du and all employees. The awards ceremony was chaired by Director Cui of the Marketing Office. The first item on the agenda was a speech delivered by Director Cui, who outlined the Sales Department’s performance targets for the first quarter, along with progress on target attainment and cash collection. Overall, the targets were largely met, with cash collections exceeding expectations. In particular, Sales Departments Two and Three achieved outstanding results, while other departments also worked diligently to deliver strong outcomes, laying a solid foundation for meeting next quarter’s objectives.

　　Next, the heads of the Sales Departments, the Corporate Business Department, and the E‑commerce Department each summarized their work for the first quarter of 2017 and outlined the plans for the upcoming quarter. Director Cui then compiled an overview of each department’s sales‑target attainment and individual performance, and signed Performance Management Responsibility Agreements with the business managers.

　　During the third item of the conference, Director Cui announced the results of the selection and commended outstanding employees and exemplary teams. Among them were Xin Chuanlai, the champion of the first quarter; Hou Shuyong, the runner-up; and Zhang Binbin, the third-place winner. The Sales Department II was recognized as the champion team for March and the first quarter, while Zhang Binbin, Yang Tonghua, and Wang Qinghui received the First-Quarter New Customer Development Award. The company’s leadership presented cash awards and banners to the winning individuals and teams, offering full recognition and high praise for their achievements. In addition, many other employees who have made significant contributions to the company were not individually honored, but the company will always keep their quiet, selfless dedication in its heart.
