Haoyang Environment’s “Grateful Enterprise, Realizing the Haoyang Dream” May Day Speech Contest Concludes Successfully.

This speech contest not only provided employees with a platform to showcase their talents but also further inspired them to demonstrate dedication, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility, bolstering their confidence in career development and fostering a positive atmosphere of high morale and relentless striving, thereby contributing to the company’s healthy and orderly growth.

　　To mark International Labor Day on May 1, strengthen corporate cultural development, enhance team cohesion, express gratitude to the company, and promote positive social energy, on April 22, 22 contestants from all departments of the company participated in the preliminary round of the “Grateful to the Company, Realizing the Haoyang Dream Together” May Day speech contest. Twelve finalists advanced to the final round held on the afternoon of April 29. The company invited five distinguished professionals—Teacher Xu Lan, a national-level key instructor in classic recitation for the Ministry of Education, a member of the Shandong Province Recitation Artists Association, a Shandong Province Mandarin Proficiency Tester, and a first-prize winner in the Shandong Province Recitation Competition; Teacher Chen Xiufeng, Chairman of the Trade Union of the Yucheng Municipal Bureau of Culture, Sports, Radio, Television, and Tourism, a renowned program host, and also a first-prize winner in the Shandong Province Recitation Competition; as well as Teacher Liu Lin—to serve as judges.

　　Before the competition, company leader An Guilin addressed the participants on behalf of the company, offering encouragement and support and wishing all competitors outstanding results. Members of the company’s management team and employee representatives attended to watch the exciting matches.

　　During the competition, each contestant addressed the theme, drawing on their personal insights from work and their aspirations for the company’s development. They delivered speeches on topics such as mission, gratitude, perseverance, determination, and dreams—some speaking with gentle eloquence, others with passionate fervor. Their presentations vividly showcased the employees’ vibrant spirit and their dedication to their roles.

　　After more than two hours of intense competition, Cheng Xiao from Marketing Department Five emerged victorious, taking first prize; Wan Cong from the Engineering Department’s General Office and Sun Fangdong from the Engineering Business Department were awarded second prize, while Guan Yan from the Market Strategy Department, Xu Zhengyuan from the Warehousing Department, and Hou Haishan from Workshop Five received third prize. Company leaders presented the winners with certificates of honor and prizes.
