　　First, the company installed UV‑photocatalytic and plasma‑based organic waste‑gas purifiers on each of its heating production lines, with a total of twelve units deployed. These systems employ pulsed high‑voltage, high‑frequency plasma power supplies and toothed‑plate discharge devices to generate highly intense, high‑concentration, high‑energy active free radicals. Within milliseconds, these radicals initiate redox reactions that rapidly degrade most of the harmful pollutants in the exhaust gases into carbon dioxide, water, and other easily treatable substances. Additionally, leveraging the strong oxidizing power and high adsorption capacity of catalytic oxidants, the system continuously carries out catalytic oxidation of any remaining unprocessed contaminants and reaction byproducts, ensuring that the treated exhaust gas meets emission standards after undergoing multi‑stage purification.

　　Mobile welding fume extractor: Driven by the suction of a fan, welding fumes and exhaust gases are drawn into the equipment through a universal dust hood. A spark arrester is installed at the inlet to trap sparks, while the fume‑laden air enters a settling chamber. Utilizing gravity and the upward airflow, coarse particulates are first separated and collected in the ash hopper, while fine particles are captured on the outer surface of the filter element. The cleaned gas passes through the filter for purification and then flows through the center of the filter into the clean air chamber. Finally, the purified air is further treated by an activated carbon filter before being discharged through the outlet in compliance with emission standards.
