In 2011, I joined the company, embarking on a new chapter in my life—one that carries my dreams and hopes. I aspire to witness the successful growth of a century-old enterprise, and I hope to achieve personal success here, contributing my efforts to the company’s continued development. This is my dream, and it begins at Haoyang Environment.

As an international one-stop provider of environmental protection technologies, our company carries with it countless aspirations. We dream of a cleaner planet and healthier lives, and we envision a future where “Green Haoyang” is shared across the globe. These dreams are driven by the bold vision of “Shaping the Future with Haoyang, Making Our Name Known Worldwide,” as well as the determination to build an even more competitive enterprise. This is the Haoyang Dream—and it is the dream of each and every one of us at Haoyang.
To realize the Haoyang Dream, we must unite the strength of every employee and embody the spirit of the Haoyang Iron Army. Though we each pursue our own aspirations in different roles, these dreams are not merely personal—they are also the company’s dreams. As long as each of us strives wholeheartedly for our individual goals, making today a source of pride for the company and tomorrow the company proud of us, then our Haoyang Dream will naturally come to fruition.
When the youth are wise, the nation is wise; when the youth are strong, the nation is strong. Realizing “my dream” is the cornerstone for achieving the “Haoyang Dream.” Every employee of the company is a vital catalyst for its growth. As members of the Haoyang family, we should all harbor the ideals and convictions to pursue our dreams, with the bold spirit of stepping forward when the moment calls. Against the backdrop of the current “Chinese Dream,” we must effectively integrate our personal aspirations into the enterprise’s development. In our daily work, let us embrace greater responsibility, greater dedication, and greater focus—raising our own standards and contributing our share to realizing the Haoyang Dream, building our brand, and forging a stronger, more resilient enterprise!
I’ve heard a saying: “There is no glory that waits for you—only the brilliance you create by stepping forward.” At Haoyang, we can set our dreams free, and at Haoyang, we can reap the fruits of our hopes.
