The leaders gained a thorough understanding of the employees’ living conditions, carefully inquiring about the health of their family members and the practical challenges they face in work and daily life. They encouraged those facing hardship to maintain a positive mindset and adopt a healthy lifestyle, to build confidence and courage, and to firmly believe that difficulties are only temporary. With the concerted efforts of the Haoyang family, they assured them that their lives would surely improve day by day.

Along the way, they visited each household, offered warm greetings, shared thoughtful words of encouragement, and conveyed heartfelt care. Their sincere concern and heartfelt blessings were like a blazing fire in the depths of winter, kindling hope in the lives of workers facing hardship and warming the hearts of both employees and their families. In turn, they pledged to remain resilient, face their current temporary challenges with determination, and do all they can to contribute further to Haoyang’s development—repaying the company’s kindness and support.
