Each workshop within the production system organized comprehensive training for its employees in accordance with the schedule. The training covered the 2018 performance‑assessment targets and indicator criteria for each workshop, the assessment rules for production‑line teams, the “TPM” total productive maintenance system, the “6S” workplace management framework, as well as the corresponding internal management regulations of each workshop.

The workshop director provided a detailed explanation of the algorithms underlying each performance‑evaluation metric and the weighting assigned to every target value, followed by a thorough breakdown of the assessment rules for each production‑line team. On site, the director further elaborated on key considerations for autonomous maintenance within the framework of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), thereby enhancing both operators’ job‑specific skills and their on‑site management capabilities, while also broadening perspectives on lean management. In particular, innovative approaches were introduced to address issues such as leaks, spills, and drips, as well as routine cleanliness and sanitation. Workshop personnel listened attentively and took meticulous notes; later, they thoughtfully reflected on their experiences and documented their insights, identifying areas for improvement in their previous work. By sharing best practices, effective methods, and a positive attitude, they fostered collective progress across the organization.
