To thoroughly implement the new arrangements made at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regarding Party building and organizational work, to accurately define the new positioning of organizational work in the new era, and in conjunction with the “extensive study, extensive research, and extensive improvement” campaign, after deliberation by the Office Meeting of the Minister of the Organization Department of the Yucheng Municipal Party Committee, on the morning of April 20, Minister Yan and a delegation of three visited HaoYang Environmental Co.,Ltd. to conduct a survey of organizational work. Mr. Zhao Kuili, Chairman of HaoYang Environmental Co.,Ltd., received Minister Yan and his delegation.

Chairman Zhao began by providing a detailed briefing to the leadership on the company’s future development strategy. In 2017, we adjusted our strategic direction, placing a strong emphasis on “key clients and major projects,” and vigorously advanced our China‑enterprise cooperation strategy. Aligned with the national Belt and Road Initiative, we have actively expanded into markets along the Belt and Road routes, establishing representative offices in countries such as Vietnam and Pakistan. Meanwhile, preliminary market research in Africa is progressing smoothly, laying a solid foundation for the international expansion of the Haoyang brand. He underscored that we will earnestly study and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, vigorously advance supply-side structural reform, continuously enhance our capacity for scientific and technological innovation, and strive to promote the enterprise’s sustained and healthy development.

Minister Yan listened carefully to Chairman Zhao’s work report, commended Haoyang’s development over the years, and noted that, in today’s environmentally‑focused industry where survival of the fittest prevails, Haoyang Environment demonstrates strong market adaptability. Its products enjoy significant advantages in both domestic and international markets, with substantial untapped demand and ample room for further growth. He emphasized the need to implement effective measures to stabilize domestic and overseas markets, enhance independent innovation capabilities, phase out outdated production capacity, optimize industrial layout, accelerate the development of its own brands, and ensure the enterprise’s sustained, healthy operation, thereby contributing to steady and rapid economic development. All levels of the company are urged to study thoroughly the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the newly revised Party Constitution, deeply understand and apply the spirit of the Congress, advance supply‑side structural reform, raise the level of scientific and technological research and development, refine and strengthen its products and industries, proactively capture both international and domestic market share, and genuinely move toward high‑end manufacturing, thus striving to contribute to the building of a modern, powerful nation. Minister Yan also specifically instructed the company to earnestly implement provincial and municipal talent policies, create favorable working and living conditions, and retain talent through competitive compensation, meaningful career prospects, and heartfelt engagement.
