Product Performance
The laminated composite geomembrane is produced by extruding molten polymer through a flat die using an extruder to form a thin film. While still hot and not yet fully cooled, the film is firmly bonded to a geotextile substrate via pressure rollers. After cooling and shaping, the material is wound into rolls, yielding the finished composite geomembrane. This process significantly enhances the geomembrane’s physical durability and impermeability reliability; the resulting composite exhibits improved tensile strength and can provide reinforcement to some extent. At the same time, it greatly simplifies the labor‑intensive procedures involved in installing multi‑layer systems on construction sites, thereby improving both construction quality and efficiency.

1. Hydraulic engineering projects such as reservoir dams and seepage control for canals
2. Environmental engineering projects such as landfills, wastewater treatment plants, and power plant regulating ponds
3. Municipal and transportation engineering, including subway systems, underground structures, and foundation reinforcement for highways and railways.
4. Reservoirs and drinking water tanks , reservoirs, irrigation systems, and other agricultural and aquaculture engineering works

1. One fabric and one membrane: Base fabric: 100–1000 g/m²; Membrane thickness: 0.1 mm–1.5 mm.
2. Two fabrics and one membrane: Base fabric: 80–600 g/m²; Membrane thickness: 0.2–1.5 mm
Width: 2 m–7 m
Roll length: 50–100 m (or as per customer requirements)
