Product Performance
Geomembranes produced using the pillar‑dot process are typically manufactured by vacuum‑adsorbing or mold‑pressing, during the calendering stage, a regularly arranged pattern of circular or square protrusions on one or both sides of the membrane. They exhibit an exceptionally high interfacial friction coefficient, excellent gas‑venting and drainage performance, and enhanced resistance to deformation and stress‑distribution capabilities.
Main uses
1. Steep slope areas of environmental protection projects, such as tailings dam slopes, hazardous waste disposal site slopes, and landfill slopes.
2. Steep structural elements in hydraulic, hydropower, and municipal engineering projects, such as steep riverbank slopes, vertical cutoff walls, and tunnel structures.
